A Vegan For All Seasons – I had been a meat lover and dairy fanatic all my life. It had been the way I was raised and had adopted it my lifestyle without question. Ironically, I also had loved animals my whole life. I enjoyed them everywhere I went. It really wasn't until I saw the first sanctuary on TV (The Gentle Barn) that I started having second thoughts on my lifestyle and how it conflicted with my love of animals. Then as I started watching sanctuaries all across social media and learning about the vegan lifestyle that I decided I wanted to change for the animals. I briefly went vegetarian and made the full change to veganism not long after. I've been vegan now almost 2 years now and at 51 years old, have no regrets.
